Service Desk
We shortlist suppliers then coordinate an on-site or remote video audit through our inspection partners. The audit includes business license verification, factory photos/videos, production line checks, QC workflow review, export history, certificate validation, and sample evaluation. The customer receives a scored report with a clear recommendation: approve, conditionally approve, or reject.
This reduces scam risk, quality failures, and costly rework. It is especially valuable for first-time importers and Amazon sellers.
We identify the certifications required for the customer’s destination market, coordinate with suppliers and accredited testing labs, obtain quotes, manage sample submission, monitor testing, and deliver a complete compliance folder. We also review product labeling, safety data sheets, and product documentation.
This is high-demand for e-commerce sellers, private label brands, and importers entering regulated markets.
We receive goods at an partner warehouse or 3PL, inspect for damage, apply FNSKU labels, polybag, bubble wrap, insert suffocation warnings, bundle multipacks, create carton labels, palletize, and dispatch to Amazon FBA or other fulfillment centers. The customer receives photo proof and shipment plan support.
This is highly demanded by Amazon FBA sellers and e-commerce brands that do not want to touch inventory.
We manage Less-than-Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) shipments from origin port to destination port. This includes negotiating rates with carriers, booking space, preparing and checking shipping documents, coordinating port handling, managing container loading and unloading, and providing sailing schedules and tracking. We help customers choose the best option based on cargo volume, urgency, and cost. LCL is ideal for smaller shipments that do not fill a full container, while FCL is best for larger volumes that need dedicated container space. We handle both standard and special cargo such as oversized or hazardous goods where permitted. The service covers the port-to-port segment only, and can be combined with inland trucking, customs clearance, or door delivery for a complete solution.
We coordinate professional inspection services at the supplier’s factory or warehouse to ensure your products meet specifications, quality standards, and packaging requirements before they are shipped. Inspections can be done at multiple stages: pre-production to check raw materials and components, during production to catch defects early, and pre-shipment to verify final products, quantities, labeling, and packaging. We also offer container loading supervision to ensure goods are loaded correctly and securely. After each inspection, you receive a detailed report with photos, videos, measurements, and a clear pass/fail recommendation. This service reduces the risk of receiving defective goods, helps avoid costly returns, and gives you confidence when paying suppliers.
We prepare your products for export, e-commerce fulfillment, or retail distribution. Services include applying product labels, barcodes, FNSKU labels, carton markings, and shipping labels. We can repack items into new master cartons, remove retail pricing, insert promotional materials, or bundle multiple units together. Goods are then palletized, shrink-wrapped, and corner-protected to meet carrier and warehouse requirements. We also handle special instructions such as polybagging, adding suffocation warnings, or applying fragile stickers. This service ensures your goods arrive in ready-to-sell or ready-to-ship condition, reducing delays at customs or Amazon FBA and improving your brand presentation.
If your products arrive with damaged, wet, crushed, or non-compliant cartons, we can replace them before shipping. We source and use export-grade cartons, apply correct carton markings, and reinforce with tape, strapping, or corner protectors. We can also change carton sizes to optimize shipping volume and reduce freight costs. For fragile or heavy items, we add internal cushioning, dividers, or double-wall cartons. This service protects your goods during transit, prevents cargo damage claims, and ensures the shipment meets carrier and destination country packaging standards. It is especially useful for goods that have been reworked, repacked, or stored for a long time.
Our DDP service provides a complete end-to-end solution from the supplier’s door to the buyer’s door. We handle export clearance at origin, international freight, import customs clearance, payment of import duties and taxes, and final delivery to the destination address. This is the most convenient option for the buyer because the seller or shipper bears all costs and risks until the goods are delivered. DDP is popular with e-commerce sellers, Amazon FBA sellers, and companies that want a single landed cost without surprises. We provide a clear breakdown of the total DDP price upfront and manage all documentation, customs formalities, and last-mile delivery.
With DDU, also known as DAP (Delivered at Place), we manage export clearance, international freight, and delivery to the buyer’s address or named place. However, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees at the destination. We still coordinate customs clearance and provide all necessary documents, but the buyer pays the actual duty and tax amounts. This service gives the buyer more control over import costs and is often used when the buyer has their own customs broker or tax exemption. It is a good middle-ground between EXW/FOB and full DDP.
Under FOB terms, the supplier is responsible for delivering the goods to the named origin port and loading them onto the vessel. Once the goods are on board, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer. We can assist the buyer with the main carriage by booking the ocean freight, arranging destination customs clearance, and inland delivery. Alternatively, the buyer can use their own freight forwarder. FOB gives the buyer more control over the international shipping leg and is one of the most common Incoterms used in ocean freight. We provide support with export documentation, port handling, and tracking so the transition from supplier to vessel is smooth.
We act as your buying agent in China or other sourcing countries. We research and shortlist suppliers, request quotes, negotiate pricing and MOQs, place orders, and pay suppliers using Trade Assurance, Escrow or other secure methods. We also follow up on production timelines, arrange quality inspections, and consolidate goods for shipping. This service is ideal for businesses that want to import products without setting up their own sourcing office or dealing with language barriers and supplier communication. We provide transparent pricing, order tracking, and document management so you always know the status of your purchase.
We arrange domestic trucking and pickup services to move your goods from the supplier’s location to the next point in the supply chain. This may include collecting goods from a factory, warehouse, or Alibaba supplier and delivering them to a port, airport, rail terminal, or consolidation warehouse. We handle same-day or scheduled pickups, provide loading support, and ensure proper documentation such as delivery notes and proof of pickup. This service is essential when goods are purchased under EXW or FOB terms, or when you need to move inventory between storage and shipping points. We can also arrange cross-town or long-distance domestic transport within the country of origin.
We provide secure warehouse storage for your goods before, during, or after shipping. Services include short-term storage for consolidation, long-term storage for inventory holding, inventory tracking, stock counts, pick and pack, order fulfillment, and distribution. We can also handle labeling, repacking, palletizing, and FBA prep while goods are in storage. Our warehouse management system gives you visibility into stock levels, inbound and outbound movements, and storage fees. This service is useful for e-commerce sellers, importers who need to stage inventory, or businesses that want to consolidate multiple supplier shipments before exporting. We offer flexible storage terms and can integrate with your existing logistics operations.
We create or refine packaging dielines, source packaging and collect physical samples, negotiate bulk pricing, inspect packaging production, and arrange delivery to the factory or warehouse. The service includes barcode placement, logo files, compliance symbols, and frustration-free packaging options.
