We can repack items into new master cartons, remove retail pricing, insert promotional materials, or bundle multiple units together. Goods are then palletized, shrink-wrapped, and corner-protected to meet carrier and warehouse requirements. CartonCare™ Carton Replacement & Reinforcement

If your products arrive with damaged, wet, crushed, or non-compliant cartons, we can replace them before shipping. We source and use export-grade cartons, apply correct carton markings, and reinforce with tape, strapping, or corner protectors. We can also change carton sizes to optimize shipping volume and reduce freight costs. For fragile or heavy items, we add internal cushioning, dividers, or double-wall cartons. DoorClear™ Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Our DDP service provides a complete end-to-end solution from the supplier’s door to the buyer’s door. We handle export clearance at origin, international freight, import customs clearance, payment of import duties and taxes, and final delivery to the destination address. This is the most convenient option for the buyer because the seller or shipper bears all costs and risks until the goods are delivered. DDP is popular with e-commerce sellers, Amazon FBA sellers, and companies that want a single landed cost without surprises. We provide a clear breakdown of the total DDP price upfront and manage all documentation, customs formalities, and last-mile delivery. 

DoorFlex™ Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU / DAP)

With DDU, also known as DAP (Delivered at Place), we manage export clearance, international freight, and delivery to the buyer’s address or named place. However, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees at the destination. We still coordinate customs clearance and provide all necessary documents, but the buyer pays the actual duty and tax amounts. This service gives the buyer more control over import costs and is often used when the buyer has their own customs broker or tax exemption. It is a good middle-ground between EXW/FOB and full DDP.

PortLoad™ Free On Board (FOB)

Under FOB terms, the supplier is responsible for delivering the goods to the named origin port and loading them onto the vessel. Once the goods are on board, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer. We can assist the buyer with the main carriage by booking the ocean freight, arranging destination customs clearance, and inland delivery. Alternatively, the buyer can use their own freight forwarder. FOB gives the buyer more control over the international shipping leg and is one of the most common Incoterms used in ocean freight. We provide support with export documentation, port handling, and tracking so the transition from supplier to vessel is smooth.
